PCPSw ApS is a company focusing on innovative web solutions for management of products, customers and payments. It was founded by Dr. Mohammad Zib Beiroumi with the goal of developing a generic software platform that integrates all three main elements of building a business: product/service, customer and payment. Some of the challenges to design and develop such a generic platform are:

• Products or services can widely vary between different businesses, for example a car dealership is different than an insurance company, the data needed to represent each product or service is simply different and it is quite challenging to find a common set of data to match all products.
• Many companies aim to expand their market by targeting both domestic and international customers and therefor the platform should support different cultures and languages.
• There are many payment methods both locally and globally and there are also several parameters to be considered e.g., cost, capabilities and legislation. The platform should be designed to easily integrate a new payment method and switch between them to optimize cost.

The platform is designed to deal with such challenges and with a minimum amount of configuration/customization to adapt to different types of businesses. Another important feature of the PCPSw platform that differentiates it from any other existing CRM or ERP system is its User Interface that is based on Tree view rather than table and rows for management. Most people are used to work with tree structure and context menus for management, for example from windows File Explorer to manage files. Customer and payment management using tree view is much easier to learn and less costly for companies.
